Toby Robins

Toby has worked in the railway industry for more than 20 years, across programme delivery, controls and, for the last five years, leading the development and embedment of assurance of Network Rail’s £5 billion annual CAPEX portfolio. In 2014, Toby successfully achieved the APM’s Registered Project Professional status and is an active Gateway Reviewer of high risk government programmes for the Infrastructure Projects Authority.

Working within heavily regulated industry, Toby promotes the importance building trusting and collaborative relationships to achieve the objectives and value from assurance.
