The world today is rapidly changing, and it is the programmes of the future that will both help deliver and mitigate against these changes. However, globalisation, increasing social and political change and the rise of disruptive digital technologies such as AI, Internet of Things and augmented reality means that the fundamental approach to Programme Management will be similarly changed.
