Ricky Harvey

After 16 years running diverse projects, programmes and portfolios in the military, it was a natural progression for Ricky to move in to P3M on leaving the Army.  After a short stint in Fujitsu, Ricky moved to the Office for National Statistics (ONS) as the head of portfolio delivery. Here he professionalised the project delivery community, establishing a profession with a defined career stream and a sense of identity.  He also worked closely with the business and digital leadership to produce a coherent framework that took the best of Prince2, MSP, MoP and agile practices to improve delivery across the transformation portfolio. Since leaving ONS, Ricky is now working as an independent consultant helping organisations to improve their project, programme and portfolio delivery.  Ricky is currently working with National Air Traffic Service within their P3O Centre of Excellence.
