Annie Wareham

Annie Wareham is the head of benefits management for HM Land Registry. Annie is responsible for developing and implementing the HMLR benefits management framework and supporting suite of tools and leading on building HMLR benefits management and realisation capability.

Annie has been a civil servant for nearly 15 years working in both operational delivery and in various roles in change delivery including leading lean implementation, programme design, programme management, PMO and benefits management.
