Synopsis: How does a Portfolio Management Office differ from a Programme Management Office in the world of both Agile and Waterfall?
In this session Adam Skinner and Steve Leary will outline and discuss what Portfolio Management is and the role of the PMO, aligned to the new issues of the APM BoK and the Portfolio Management Guide. Contrasting this with the role of the Programme Management Office, they will also develop the implications of agile working, utilising practical experience and the findings from the Portfolio Directors’ dinner on this subject.
