Matthew is a project professional having worked in a number of project, programme, change and PMO roles for more than 22 years. Matthew has delivered change and transformation across diverse industries including broadcasting, aerospace, digital, logistics, shared service IT and higher education.

In recent years he has increasingly become interested in learning, developing  and practicing business change management as part of project delivery, particularly developing capability in others to make their own changes. Matthew is currently working with Delt Shared Services Ltd. establishing and developing a PMO to deliver technology enabled transformation within the public and private sector.
