Nominations for Honorary Fellowship now open
As APM develops as a chartered body, it is keen to continue to develop and enhance the recognition of senior professionals who have contributed to the project profession.
Honorary Fellowships have been awarded by APM since 1984 and have been received by over 100 people. Honorary Fellowship recognises and celebrates those who have made an exceptional contribution to project management or the project profession and have achieved highly creditable, pre-eminent and notable achievements in their own professions and careers.
People recognised have made contributions in many ways, including respected founders of and ongoing contributors to the science, theory and practice of project, programme and portfolio management. Honorary Fellows have been recognised from the fields of academia and practice, across business sectors and public service and in supporting professional bodies.
The criteria for who is eligible to receive Honorary Fellowship have changed for 2019. It is designed for individuals who would not meet the professional requirements of APM Fellowship. The number of Honorary Fellowships awarded in any one year is expected to be low and based purely on merit.
You can find out more information on Honorary Fellowship and download the nomination form here.
