Do you know your stakeholders?


If you’re wondering how to identify who the right stakeholders are for your project, September’s Useful Links from the Stakeholder Engagement Focus Group (SEFG) may be able to help.

You’ll find links to websites, videos and blogs that unlock some of the mystery about identifying and analysing stakeholders. There are links to online training for stakeholder management, including a free OpenLearn module from the Open University on stakeholder analysis.  And more in-depth research from Dr Lynda Bourne on stakeholder mapping.

“Useful Links” is a regular update produced by the SEFG, part of the APM People SIG. It is published each month on the APM Stakeholder Engagement Resources web page. The aim is to share links to tools, developments and forthcoming events that may be of interest or help to address your stakeholder engagement questions.
