APM is pleased to working in partnership with the Global Alliance for the Project Professions (GAPPS) as they present their upcoming GAPPs Thought leadership Forum (TLF), set to take place Monday 26 to Tuesday 27 June 2017.

Hosted by the London South Bank University, in the heart of the city, the forum brings together academics and practitioners with diverse experiences to share their ideas, energy and insights to challenge current practice and design project futures. This event in June will be of particular interest to those with a project controls background.

The event will allow delegates to pitch their ideas in a flexible program addressing gaps within their organisation or use their expertise to assist others.

Workshops are followed by dinners strengthening relationships with delegates in a friendly atmosphere, whilst enjoying great food and wine within the heart of London – delegates are encouraged to attend both days.

Professor Lynn Crawford of University of Sydney said, "Attending a GAPPS TLF is a totally engaging experience, working alongside leading academics and practitioners, sharing ideas, learning and contributing to development of the profession."

GAPPS–the Global Alliance for the Project Professions is a unique alliance of government, industry, professional associations, national qualification bodies and training/academic institutions that have been working together since 2003 to help practitioners and organisations make sense of the many standards and certifications available globally to guide the management of projects.
