We launched our second national advertising campaign today to highlight the opportunities of pursuing a career in project management.

Running for eight weeks, the campaign will inspire and raise awareness of the profession by highlighting how project professionals are making change happen each and every day around the world.

Insight from the previous campaign that ran last April has allowed us to develop the creative and target a younger audience, as well as those who are looking for a career change.

To best reach this audience, the campaign will utilise video and social media. Static creatives will be used alongside six-second ‘bumper’ video adverts that will appear across Facebook, YouTube and Instagram. Digital advertising will also feature on the popular The Guardian Jobs website and LinkedIn.

Two campaign web pages have been created to cater for two audiences: one for those who are actively looking for career opportunities, with the other raising awareness of a career in project management.

Debbie Dore, APM’s chief executive, said: "Launching this campaign early in the New Year means that we can reach a larger and wider group of people who are searching for new roles and new careers particularly those who want to ‘Make Change Happen’ in their own lives, and to many others through project management."

Know someone who would make a great project manager? They can find out more about a career in project management and how they can make change happen to the world.
