APM’s Director of Membership and Business Development, Carilyn Burman, will share her insights on the projectification of leadership at an upcoming event with global advisory, broking, and solutions company, WTW.

Carilyn, who has worked for a number of professional membership bodies and trade associations in a variety of sectors, will explore the role of effective project delivery for strategy execution.

She will be joined by Steven Carver, Senior Lecturer at Cranfield University School of Management, who will deliver a presentation titled ‘Overcoming the fear of change – bringing people with you on your journey’.

Representatives from WTW will also be on hand. In addition to the presentations, attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and network.

Caspar Bartington, APM's Head of Commercial Partnerships, said: "For people leading on business strategy, a primary focus will be benefits realisation, which is what project management is all about. Leaders who understand project management principles will have an advantage when it comes to delivering change, both in the London Market and elsewhere in insurance and financial services."

The breakfast event takes place on Thursday 29 June from 8.00-10.00 BST at 51 Lime Street, London.

You can secure your place via the booking page.
