APM Board Elections 2020 - voting is now open
Association for Project Management (APM) Full and Fellow members are being encouraged to cast their vote in the APM Board elections 2020, which will see three newly elected trustees take an active role in shaping the future of APM and the project profession.
As the chartered body for the project profession, APM is committed to developing and promoting project, programme and portfolio management. Its board of trustees plays a vital role in turning APM’s vision into a reality, creating a world in which all projects succeed with project management as a life skill for all.
By utilising their voting right, APM members with Full or Fellow grade membership can help influence the future direction of APM. Voting is simple and is now exclusively online. This reflects our commitment to reduce our carbon footprint and we will no longer be sending hard copy ballot papers.
Full or Fellow member will shortly receive voting details by email from APM’s scrutineers, Civica Election Services (CES) and will also receive links to the candidates' election statements with details of their experience and vision for APM.
Voting closes on Friday 6 November and Results will be announced at APM’s annual general meeting on Monday 16 November.
Timeline for the 2020 APM board election:
- Monday 20 July – opening date for nominations
- Wednesday 9 September – deadline for nominations to be received (5pm)
- Monday 5 October – voting opens (all Full and Fellow members are eligible to vote)
- Friday 6 November – voting closes
- Monday 16 November – results announced at APM’s annual general meeting
