Claire’s career started in Project Controls, before specialising in Risk Management. She has worked on multi billion pound programmes across numerous sectors including Defence, Aerospace, Nuclear, Infrastructure and Pharma and has been lucky enough to spend 18 months living and working in the South of France working on ITER (creating stars on earth!).

Many of her roles have involved European working and travel so she is well versed on the culture of different countries and the collaboration challenges this can present. Claire currently works for QinetiQ as the Group Project & Programme Risk Manager, responsible for risk process, methods and tools worldwide.

Claire also volunteers as the APM South Wales and West of England Regional Network Secretary which she has done for many years. She is the APM SWWE Corporate Advisory Group (CAG) Deputy Chair and lead of this year's CAG Conference Working Group. She is ChPP, PMI PMP/RMP and SIRM certified.
