As an Occupational Psychologist, Kay understands the strength of fusing PPM and Change with commercially savvy leadership who are empowered and confident to makes safe business and people decisions to achieve their personal and organisational strategic goals. Kay hosted the Women in Engineering Society Centenary Year Celebration in 2019 at Sellafield, frequently hosts the CITI Communities of Expertise Clubs (CofEe Clubs) and has been invited to share her knowledge and experience at various business and change conferences over the years.

Kay has an outstanding reputation within the learning and development community with over 25 years’ experience working with organisations and their leaders to support the complexity of balancing behavioural risk, change and capability development, Kay brings a wealth of global experience and understanding of how organisations operate, sub-cultural differences within companies and how to adapt to changing demands. She is an advocate and champion for future leaders and engages in many pro bono and charitable coaching activities with future leaders, in Socially conscious projects, conversations about the future of work, sustainability, AI and ethical use of technology, creating equitable and inclusive opportunities and pushing the envelope for developing self sustaining communities, which make CITI a DDO (Deliberately Developmental Organisation) under Kay’s lead.
