Jonathan Greenfield
Jonathan is a Mechanical Engineer currently working on the Thames Tideway Programme in the Programme Management Office, specialising in Cost and Change Controls management since 2016. He is a member of APM and is working towards Chartership status through APM.
Jonathan has had the privilege of working on major programmes across the UK, from both the contractor and client sides, with a diversity of teams and people from different countries and backgrounds. He has enjoyed both working as a manager and a team member, developing healthy working relationships and fostering a thriving team environment.
He continues to develop his experience in Programme Management with a conscious effort to share opportunities and past experiences to help colleagues grow, build confidence, and feel respected.
His special interests include financial skills coaching, mental health support, and spending quality time with his young family while managing a healthy work-life balance.
