Gary Jones

Gary Jones has had a 27-year journey in the built environment that has been both interesting and diverse. Beginning his career as a Building Surveyor, he transitioned into Project Management, eventually attaining Chartered status. His career has spanned various sectors, from construction to culture change, and he is now venturing into the digital realm.
In 2019, after an assessment highlighted his neurodivergent strengths, Gary embraced these abilities to fuel his passion for transformation and inclusivity.
His role as a Project Leader at UK Parliament allowed him to pursue his passion for creating business impact, which led him to take on positions in Continuous Improvement and Cultural Change.
Currently, as a Senior Business Analyst in the Parliamentary Digital Service, Gary is excited to explore new horizons and drive innovation.
He holds an MBA in Senior Leadership, which has sharpened his strategic thinking.
Gary also co-founded the CLEAR Pathways Programme to address the Ethnicity Pay Gap in Parliament, showcasing his commitment to inclusivity.
He believes that embracing neurodiversity in project teams enriches the work environment and sparks creativity. Gary is eager to share insights on creating inclusive spaces for everyone in the project profession.
