Job title: Director

About Kate:
Kate is a Project Manager who is really passionate about working with Clients to deliver the right solution for them; stakeholder engagement and challenging perceptions is key to this.
With over 18 years experience in the Construction Industry originally starting out as a Structural Engineer, Kate quickly realised that a Client facing role was what excited her. Since moving to the Project Management Group within Ramboll Kate has been incredibly lucky to work with some great Clients, notably the British Antarctic Survey redeveloping their research stations in the Antarctic Region and being seconded to the Client Team to develop the programme of works, and now working with British Land and the Natural History Museum leading the multidiscipline team on high complexity major projects.
Kate leads the London and Cambridge Project Management Team at Ramboll and throughout her career has been very keen to promote the role of women within construction by supporting those women in her team and providing a role model to others within Ramboll but also being active in school liaison, hoping to open the eyes of young women who may otherwise not have considered a career in the Construction Industry.
