Improving the early-career experiences of racially diverse project professionals

This qualitative study explored the early-career experiences of racially diverse project professionals working in two prominent project management sectors – business and professional services.

The study produced evidence-based recommendations on how project-based organisations can better facilitate diverse project practitioners’ transition into the project management profession and meet their early-career needs.
